The videos will be projected daily for free on the garage door of the gallery space at 647 Fulton Street, although special screenings will be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12:30 to 1 p.m. and 4 to 4:30 p.m. The gallery is open every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Just in time for spring, GrowNYC announced a proposal to expand the Fort Greene Farmer’s Market, DNAinfo reported. The market’s organizers are looking to double the size of the market up towards Myrtle Avenue, allowing for more vendors to set up shop and reach out to a larger part of the community. However, the expansion would mean limiting access to several parking spots along Washington Park during the market’s hours of operation. Michael Hurwitz of the Greenmarket Program plans to present the proposal to Community Board 2 at the Transportation and Public Safety Committee meeting on May 20th.
