Cops Seek Suspects In Dekalb Avenue Shooting

Police are looking for three men they believe were involved in a shooting near Dekalb and Clermont Avenues on Friday, August 15. At about 1:50am that morning, three suspects were captured on security footage at the intersection–after one suspect handed another a firearm, cops say, the two suspects without guns can be seen entering what DNAInfo says is Alibi (242 Dekalb), where the victim is believed to have been.

At this point, cops say, the victim leaves the bar and can be seen heading to his vehicle, at which point he is shot by the suspect who had been waiting outside with the gun. The shooter then leaves the scene in a dark SUV, and the other two suspects, who had entered the bar, leave in a light colored sedan.

The victim, a 47-year-old man, was hit once. He was taken to Brooklyn Hospital in stable condition.
