Police are searching for an elderly man with a cane who allegedly swiped a woman’s wallet at a Kings Highway grocery store earlier this month.

The pickpocket made his move at 3pm on January 16 inside Mama Liza’s Gourmet Foods, located at Kings Highway and East 18th Street, according to the NYPD. Cops say he pulled a wallet out of a 47-year-old woman’s pocket book. The wallet contained credit and debit cards and an undetermined amount of money, police say.
