Cops Searching For Burglar Who Tried To Loot Apartment Building
Police are searching for a man who allegedly used an electronic key card Tuesday to bypass the lock on an apartment building.
The burglar entered the home, located near the intersection of Quentin Road and East 18th Street, but did not take anything, according to NYPD. He also cruised the halls of the building trying to break into other apartments, police say.
Authorities describe the suspect as a black male, last seen wearing a light blue shirt, dark pants and a dark-colored baseball cap. The NYPD release a surveillance photo of the suspect.
