Cops Search For Man Who Grabbed Elderly Woman’s Purse On Ocean Parkway and Church Avenue

Police are on the lookout for a man cops said stole a purse from a 98-year-old woman in a wheelchair as she rode along Ocean Parkway near Church Avenue June 29.

According to the NYPD, a home attendant was escorting the woman, who is wheelchair bound, along Ocean Parkway in the 66th Precinct. As they reached Church Avenue, the suspect rode past them on a bicycle and grabbed the senior’s purse from her lap and took off.
