Cops After Trio For Knifepoint Robbery On Bay 46th Street

Cops are searching for three who robbed a man at knifepoint on Bay 46th Street — just a block from Calvert Vaux Park and Home Depot — in broad daylight.

The 37-year-old victim was standing in front of 210 Bay 46th Street when he was approached by two women and a man who demanded money on Sunday, May 29, at approximately 10:30am, according to police.

When the victim refused, the man grabbed him in a chokehold and held a knife to his body. The two women reached into the victim’s pockets, stealing his wallet, his passport, and about $300 in cash, say cops.

The first suspect is described as a man in his 20s, around 5 feet 6 inches tall, 170 pounds, with a Caesar haircut, and a light complexion.

The second suspect is described as a woman in her 20s, around 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 pounds, with straight hair and a light complexion. She was last seen wearing a floral mini skirt, blue shirt, light flip flops, and a striped black and white sweater over her shoulders.

The third suspect is also female, in her 20s, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 pounds, with straight hair and a light complexion. She wearing a white t-shirt under a dark colored short-sleeve cardigan, gray shorts, black shoes, and carrying a light colored purse.
