Construction Resumes at 23 Caton Place
Construction crews are again active at 23 Caton Place.
The Caton on the Park condo development had been stalled for at least 4 years. Brownstoner notes permits have been approved and construction is again moving forward.
On February 6th, Community Board 7 will meet about two other Caton Ave projects:
- 701-711 Caton Ave– PS/IS 437 construction
- 22 Caton Place–update on planned construction.
The meeting will take place at International Baptist Church, 312 Coney Island Ave, at 6:30pm.
