A discrimination lawsuit against the principal of a Coney Island elementary school compares her to handsome sadist Christian Grey from the steamy trilogy Fifty Shades of Grey.

The suit, filed by former assistant principal Andrew Dash, alleges that P.S. 370 principal Susan Goldberg shared nude photos with staff, showed off tattoos and piercings, and discussed her sexual encounters, reports the New York Post.

The complaint further charges that Dash was treated poorly and cut out of meetings because he was the only African-American administrator and objected to treatment of students by other administrators. Dash, who started working at the K- 12 school (located at 3000 West 1st Street) in 2008, was reassigned last year after failing to report a switchblade, sources told the Post.

The New York Daily News notes that the complaint is rife with grammatical and spelling errors, as well as, er, inaccurate literary references:

“Goldberg discussed the book the Twelve Shades of Gray,” the filing states, missing 38 of the hit trilogy’s hues and misspelling the title character’s name.
She discussed sexual encounters with a biker she met on a highway, “passed her phone around showing pictures of male penises” during a meeting and once walked by Dash “with her pants open,” the suit says.

The Department of Education (DOE) is named as a defendant in the suit. Dash is asking for unspecified damages for back pay, pain, and suffering.
