Have Community Concerns? Board 11’s First Fall Meeting Tonight

Do you want to get more involved in local decision making? Want to play a role in improving southern Brooklyn?

Community Board 11, which serves the neighborhoods of Bensonhurst, Bath Beach, Gravesend and Mapleton, will hold its general meeting tonight. The Board last met on June 9th.

The board is your local branch of government dedicated to issues such as housing, public safety, sanitation & the environment, commercial development, transportation, education & youth services, planning & zoning, parks & libraries, health & social services, and more.

Tonight’s meeting begins at 7:30pm. It will be held at the Bensonhurst Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, 1740 84th Street, just off Bay 16th Street.
