Come Cheer On Racers At Open Source Soap Box Derby Saturday

If you’re in the neighborhood this weekend, be sure to come out to 17th Street (between 5th and 6th Avenue) on Saturday, August 10, to cheer on our local racers as they compete in the 2013 Open Source Gallery Soap Box Derby.

Kids and adults have been working tirelessly over the past several weeks to construct derby racers from salvaged Slope materials and the time has come to show their stuff. The race starts at 1pm. You won’t want to miss it!
