Eat, drink, and laugh your butt off at a comedy show at Mirage Diner (717 Kings Highway) this weekend.

On Sunday, July 17, 6pm, neighbors are invited to enjoy a full dinner and a free cocktail, followed by a hilarious 90-minute comedy show, featuring comedians Les Degen, Gary Keshner & Robyn Schall, for just $45.

Alan Streisfeld, whose company The Wilshire Comedy Group hosts comedy shows like these at restaurants all over Long Island, grew up in southern Brooklyn. The James Madison High and Brooklyn College grad says he always wanted to pull together a show in the old neighborhood.

“I haven’t been back to Brooklyn since the late 80s, but I still have friends and family who still live in the area and I am looking forward to seeing some old faces,” said Streisfeld.

If this event is a hit, the diner may consider scheduling future shows. To RSVP call Mirage Diner at (718) 998-3750. Space is limited.
