Cancelled Due to Heat

I heard the weather report for tomorrow described as “sizzling,” so it’s not surprising that a few local activities have been called off or postponed until it’s (hopefully) a little less hot.

• The library tree pit beautifying that was scheduled for Saturday, July 7 at 10am, will instead take place on Saturday, July 14 at 10am.

• Community composting with Sustainable Flatbush is cancelled for Saturday, July 7, so please do not bring food scraps to the garden tomorrow. The next scheduled drop-off is Wednesday, July 11 from 5:30-8pm.
