Butterflies, Bulbs & Bookmarks Is This Saturday

This Saturday, May 17 is the Brooklyn Public Library‘s Bike the Branches event–and with it, Ditmas Park’s own Butterflies, Bulbs & Bookmarks celebration.

This year’s event, to be held 12-4pm in front of the Cortelyou Library (1305 Cortleyou Road on the corner of Argyle Road), is free–but there will be items available to purchase with all proceeds going to the Cortelyou Library Friends group.

It’s supposed to be sunny and 70°F on Saturday, so get in the spring spirit and join The Farm on Adderley, Sycamore, Brooklyn ARTery, Nine Chains, Brooklyn Hearth, the Flatbush Gardener, and local green thumb Tracey Hohman for an afternoon of planting, crafts, food, and live music!
