Butter Lane Cupcakes To Close
Sad news for sweet tooths: Cupcake haven Butter Lane, located at 240 7th Avenue between 4th and 5th Streets, will be closing at the end of August.
The shop, which opened in 2011 and has another location in the East Village, will close at the end of the month, an employee in the store tells us, though its other space will remain open.
According to Here’s Park Slope, another bakery may open in this 7th Ave space, which would be a relief — we certainly don’t need yet another vacancy on this street.
