Brooklyn Hearth Realty Expands To Park Slope

Brooklyn Hearth, a real estate agency that’s been operating in Ditmas Park for several years, recently opened a second location, this one on our side of the park. Their new office is located at 43 5th Avenue, between Dean and Bergen Streets, in a space that was most recently half of La Vedette (which closed last year and moved its stock into its sister space, The Gentlemen’s Shop).

Co-founder Jan Rosenberg tells us they’d been looking to open another office, and were often working with clients who were moving from Park Slope to Ditmas Park. After hearing several of those buyers say they’d wished Brooklyn Hearth had been working on their sales, they decided to make the leap.

The team says that so far, they couldn’t be happier to be in the neighborhood.
