Get ready for ramen, dumplings, noodles and more, neighbors!

Bashi Channel, the new Asian fusion restaurant  at 1120 Cortelyou Road, by Westminster Road, is scheduled to celebrate its grand opening on Friday, May 15.

We’re getting super pumped for the opening, especially after seeing these photos that neighbor Kyle Borut sent to us of the space, which is being opened by Ox Cart Tavern’s David Pitula and Jim Mamary.

The Bashi folks had their menu tasting last night — which was why some of you may have wondered if it had already opened — and David told us the food will include a variety of dumplings, noodles, sandwiches, and salads. Dish prices will range from about $7 to $13.

To see more about the menu, you can see more information in our previous post.

The new restaurant is also still hiring — to learn more about the available positions, go here.

Welcome, Bashi Channel — we can’t wait to celebrate your debut!
