Basement Burgled In Brighton Beach

Police are looking for a man in connection with a burglary in Brighton Beach earlier this month.

On the afternoon of Tuesday, August 15, between 3:30 and 5:00 pm, a man entered a basement apartment on Banner Ave through an unlocked window, making off with $5,000 cash, a laptop and two cell phones, said police.

The individual is described as a thin, Hispanic male approximately 5’7” or 5’8”, last seen wearing a navy blue shirt, gray sweatpants, a black baseball cap, and black sneakers with white laces and trim, according to police.
