“Bagle” Signage Appears On 5th Avenue & 10th Street
Signage appeared for the new Bagel Factory (461 5th Avenue) on Saturday, but we have a feeling it wasn’t quite what the owners envisioned.
On both the side and the front of the building, the word bagel was misspelled, leaving several passersby rolling with laughter when they spotted the goof.
The sign was corrected by Sunday.
This is the second Bagel Factory to open in the neighborhood, with the original located at 612 5th Avenue and 17th Street. Owners tell us that they hope to have the new store open in the next couple of weeks.
