Attend Free Concerts At Church Bar Tonight & EzraGuitar On Saturday
Get ready for some incredible music this weekend!
Tonight, Friday, August 7, you can check out Marya Lawrence-Hart singing with The Pursuit of Happiness at Church Bar (416 Church Avenue, between E. 4th and E.5th Streets), beginning at 8pm.
Marya will be joined by John Wilmeth on keyboard and Neil Ochoa on percussion, plus she’ll have Terry “Kid Lucky” Lewis beat rhyming during the evening of fun, drinks and music.

Then, on Saturday, August 8, everyone’s invited to a free concert at EzraGuitar (785 Coney Island Avenue, between Cortelyou and Dorchester Roads), which will include an incredible array of music, from Schubert and Debussy to flamenco and Middle Eastern.
The event, titled “Whispers of the Evening,” will feature soprano Leilah Dione Ezra, pianists Aquiles Morales and Lauren Adja Park, and guitarists Domagoj Miskovic and Maoz Ezra.
The concert will begin at 8pm, but seating is limited, and it’s recommended you arrive early. The concert is free and open to all, but donations will be accepted.
