Neighbor Josh tipped us off this morning that another commercial space on Church Avenue has just opened up. Following the move of New California Car Service around the corner onto Coney Island Avenue, the 907 #A Church Avenue (also formerly Tis Da Season Too) is up for grabs.

Listed with Rapid Realty, the space is wedged perfectly between Wheated and Shayna’s to help turn the block into a little restaurant row if you wanted to. Or a book and record store, or whatever.
