7th Ave’s Kim’s Grocery Soon To Be Mr. Lime Fruit & Vegetables
If the above sign is any indication, the neighborhood’s coolest produce will soon be found at Mr. Lime Fruit and Vegetables, which is currently setting up shop in the former Kim’s Grocery space at 313 7th Avenue, between 8th and 9th Streets.
Kim’s closed their doors in May after 30 years in the neighborhood, and the new owners have been doing what looks like a lot of work to the inside ever since.
No word on when the new store will open, or if they’ll be a 24/7 operation like Kim’s, but we’ll keep you posted as additional details become available.
