Having officially colonized Manhattan, Pinkberry — original pioneer of the choose-your-own-toppings-in-a-neon-paradise yogurt craze — has made its way to Park Slope and is setting up shop on 7th Ave near Garfield.
With a new YogurBerry, a not-so-new Yogo Monster, the recently opened People’s Pops (artisinal popsicles), and the year old (but still buzzy) Culture already covering the calorie-conscious frozen dessert needs of that particular 8-block radius, I was going to make some snarky comment about the non-need for a more ice cream-alternatives. Then the temperature climbed past 90 degrees. I take it all back. Let’s eat nothing but frozen yogurt till fall.
