70 Argyle Now Green as New Business Moves In
After sitting vacant for a few months, the roll-down gates at 70 Argyle Road, just off Church Avenue, are now a neon green. Though it was closed when we walked by, someone at a neighboring business said it has been open, and that he believes it’s a store selling medical equipment. Has anyone seen it open, and can confirm what this new business is?
There are still a couple other commercial spaces available nearby on Church Avenue, if you’re an entrepreneur looking for a good location: the No. 1 Chinese Restaurant space at the corner of Westminster, and a former eye care space near Stratford.
