No talent is needed to start with the BAX summer program. Enthusiastic and curious kids will be given opportunities for tumbling, theater, and dance.

Amplify your summer at school of rock. Aspiring rock stars have opportunities to write and record original music as well as rock out on the electric guitar.

Camp Half-Blood (Sessions 2, 7 and 8 are still available)
339 MacDonough Street. Meets in Prospect Park.
Ages 6-12
Camp Half-Blood is a different kind of performing arts camp. Demi-gods study archery, sword fighting, foraging and other skills needed to master their weekly quests. Greek myth is the overriding theme.

Want to run away and join the circus? Park Slope Day Camp teaches circum acrobatics, clown comedy, and set design in their Circus of the Summer program. The best part is, little performers don’t have to run away.

Campers are led by professional Irondale actors in techniques like improv and movement and also character development and story telling. Irondale works in conjunction with Brooklyn Creative Arts Lab.

Join a  2- or 4-week summer workshop at Piper Theatre and you’ll be in for a memorable July. Swords, zombies, pirates, love beads, jealousy, Shakespeare, music, film and more, performed on our professional outdoor stage. This year Piper is joining hands with Off The Page so students can write the plays they will perform.
