Real estate prices in highly desirable New York City neighborhoods like ours have been on the rise, but when you look at the priciest listings around the borough, it turns out we’ve got a large proportion of the most expensive homes currently for sale.

Curbed recently rounded up the 15 most expensive residential listings in Brooklyn, and four of them are in Park Slope. Some have seen their prices come down quite a bit, while others are still hopeful even after a while on the market:

  • 312 Garfield Place is currently listed for $6.995M, though it started at $9M when it was first listed in 2013.
  • 105 8th Avenue, aka the Montessori mansion, is currently listed for $13M — its first list-price was $25M in November 2012.
  • 646 2nd Street, the former home of novelists Jonathan Safran Foer and Nicole Krauss, was originally listed for $14.5M last November, but is asking $13M.
  • 45 Montgomery Place, which the owners bought for $20k in 1966, is currently listed for $14M — which it’s been priced at since coming onto the market nearly a year ago.

Think any of those will sell at those prices, or do they still have a ways to come down?
