1871 Map of Prospect Park

This 1871 map of Prospect Park by Olmsted, Vaux & Co, Landscape Architects is the map of the month on the Brooklyn Historical Society’s terrific blog. And in our area, you can see that our well-known avenues used to be called Coney Island Road and Flatbush Road.
